We are also extremely selective about the labour we utilise on these projects. 24Seven only employs the very best tradesmen ensuring that the individual is an expert with and has a wealth of knowledge of his own particular trade/skill set.
24Seven ensure full management for every project with our approach tailored to meet the industry sectors specifications, with the right management in place to run projects, no matter what the location.
We carry out refurbishment/renovation projects by following one of the two procedures below:

• 24Seven can provide a survey, design, cost and create every aspect of your refurbishment, using experienced architects and structural engineers, and then carry out the build stage from this point

• If the client already has the plans or a specification drawn up.  24Seven will cost the project in the chosen format of the client.  When accepted, the planning and implementation, CDM etc. will commence immediately.

Our clients have found our minor works capabilities first class, in terms of quality and also, highly cost effective.  As such we have built and maintained lasting relationships with them and find more often than not that they use our services on their subsequent projects.
