With customer service at the forefront of our business objectives, 24 Seven are proud to have achieved the highly respected accolade of Investors in People (IiP) accreditation. The award was received following an intensive twelve month programme which involved the training and development of not only our management team but all staff and service partners employed by the Company.

As an Investor in People, 24 Seven is fully committed to the development of our greatest asset, our people. IiP is the only Government backed national quality standard that focuses on people and receives the support of the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), Trade Union Congress (TUC), Institute of Directors (IoD) and all the major political parties. To receive accreditation, a Company must demonstrate to an independent assessment agency that they meet the prescribed requirements based on four key principals for people development:

    • Commitment to develop employees to achieve business goals and targets.
    • Planning to review training and development needs required in the context of the business.
    • Action to assure relevant steps are taken to meet training and development needs
    • Evaluation to measure the outcomes of training and development for individuals and the organisation.

Our National Operations Centre was reported to have a strategy for training and development that was well thought through, with particular emphasis on leadership and management development. Also highlighted was the company’s attitude towards developing a fun and energetic work environment.“In a service industry like ours, 24 Seven is only ever as good as the people who work for us, and the ‘team’ deserve our unstinting support.

Indeed, 24 Seven is delighted to have been awarded the IiP standard, which demonstrates the Company’s commitment to providing a quality service benefiting our relationships with our customers, staff and partners.”
