Time to get F.I.T.

A New ERA at 24Seven began on Monday the 1st of June when I held meetings with every member of staff to outline my vision for 2009 and the need to re-invest not just in our processes and procedures but more importantly, in our staff.

It with great anticipation that I launch the 24Seven get F.I.T. plan:

Fixing the fundamentals

Improving continuously

Taking a leap

The get F.I.T. plan has been designed and implemented to assist all employees to develop within our business and it already making a profound difference. 24Seven is a professional and energetic business, but we are striving to become remarkable through a measured programme of continuous improvement. The first and most important aspect of this, is our people.

We are bringing more clarity to our colleagues about our own organisation and the business we intend to be in the future. We are attracting top talent and we have greater capability to innovate, lead, change and adapt.

The get F.I.T. plan, is going to challenge us all; and if you think that this will not effect you, think again. The winning formula is - teamwork - without this, the company objectives will not be achieved, something that we at 24Seven, never allow to happen. The array of benefits that will result from our get F.I.T. plan will create the corner stones of our business.
