365 days a year, our team of Account managers are on hand to deal with your reactive, planned and preventative maintenance requirements along with providing an essential point of contact for both your internal and external staff. Whilst utilising the very latest mobile data systems, our field supervisors and technicians are able to access site details; ensuring work is carried out swiftly, safely and to specification.

Further technological advances in the field have allowed our service technicians and field supervisors to interact with our on-line, be-spoke, management systems to provide our clients with real time information. Our client interactive systems can be accessed twenty four hours a day by connecting to a secure data portal on our company website.

The interactive database allows our clients to interact with your dedicated Account Manager, receiving regular updates on jobs as they progress, reviewing quotations as they are forwarded to you from our Minor Works division and reviewing your up to the minute management information. It is items such as our interactive database which enables our clients to make swift, informed decisions that facilitate long term solutions.
